Certified Fitness and Functional Specialist thru the American Council on Exercise since 1996. CPR/AED certified thru the American Heart Association. Owner of EDGE NRG Inc.
Over the past 24 years, I have enjoyed working with people from many fitness backgrounds....From the stay at home mom or dad, to the collegiate athlete,
I specialize in weight control, mobility, balance, agility and post injury development.

I have a passion for fitness & maintaining a positive nature or attitude ... Mind & Body!
The mind/body connection & balance, provides the very groundwork from which so many other important things are built!
I am also an outdoor enthusiast with a love of the rugged wilderness and the wildlife that call it home! Primitive camping and navigating Jeep trails is where I'm at home!
Living your best life is the goal. Consistent, specialized training can be both stimulating, motivating and a necessary practice in keeping our personal EDGE!

I ABSOLUTELY love working one-on-one with my clients locally; sharing the positive energy that comes with working and achieving goals!
